For many years the roof was leaking. Originally the Studio was designed to have a flat roof. But due to money restrains, the copper plating on top would have been too expensive. So tar paper was used and later invited leaking during the heavy rains.

To stop this steep rafters and iron sheets should replaced the roof. Due to money restrain ,the iron sheets had been nailed on the original roof, which did not stop the leaking rally, because it was not steep enough.

Now we got help from the Northelbian Mission to re-do the roof using streep rafters to bring down the rain on both sides.

Because we are running out of space we pushed up the roof some bit to get 6 additional rooms for the FM department.

The money available will not be enough to finish all those rooms. But the rains will stay out of the builiding tis year. That is what we are most thankful of!
