Praise the Lord! Our stolen transmitter from Arusha is back! On Thursday morning (3-7-2003) the studio we went to Usa- River, close to Arusha. We had got the message from the Mt. Meru diocese, that the transmitter had been returned. When we arrived at the diocese, they gave us the transmitter, but told us, to see the pastor, who received the transmitter. So we went the short path a bit closer to Arusha. We would have not found the place, if not someone from the diocese had shown us the way, since all signs had to be removed from the road due to construction works! Just a hole between the fence trees had been the entrance to a narrow path leading to a small church built of timber. There we met pastor Kimario and the Bishop of the 'Church of spiritual services' Eduard. They told us, their church is open 24 hours for everyone. Many people are coming to this place, loaded with so much guilt that they are even getting physically sick. After clearing their past, confessing their sins, Jesus is really changing their lives! Last week someone came, who had diarria like a cow. He was asked to rectify his past, even though he came, because he just wanted to get relive from his illness. After he returned the 8 stolen cows to his owner, he received the forgiveness of Christ, and became a different man! So many people come here to this place, and the police knows it too, since they are getting asked often, to take their stolen weapons back from this place. When the thief of our transmitter came to this place, he wanted relief from the bad boils all over his body. But he could not get it, until he brought back the car he had stolen, many more things until finally the transmitter. Things really went wrong with him. When he stole the transmitter, he first got lost in the woods. Then, when he thought he would be at home, other children opened the door at night.. All the family fell apart at home. They were just fighting all the time. His pain became so hard, that he thought his head would be bursting with the heat. He was close selling the transmitter. But every time, he arranged the hand over, something else went wrong… When he confessed, what he had done, he felt so much peace, and he received the Lord Jesus in his hart, and got instantly healed! Well that is the task of the transmitter and God used it for it! We are so thankful for it, since we can restore it with its power again in Arusha, and have an extra one to serve in the Tanga region! |
